Welcome to TheFamous. By using our website www.thefamous.store or placing an order through our Shopify store, TheFamous Bags, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are final once placed. You have 24 hours to request a change or cancellation before production begins.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Prices are listed in USD and include free shipping unless otherwise noted.
3. Limited Editions & Product Availability
Each bag is crafted on demand in limited edition drops.
Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, discontinue items, or limit purchase quantities at any time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping.
Free shipping applies to orders in the USA and Canada
For all other regions, free shipping applies to orders over $200 USD.
Production and processing usually take 5–10 business days before shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or shipping carrier issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
All bags are made to order, so orders are non-refundable once production starts.
We offer replacements or refunds only for items that arrive damaged or defective, reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content featured on TheFamous Bags website are the intellectual property of TheFamous.
These are protected, including via blockchain registration, and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

Payment information is securely processed and never stored on our servers.
8. Limitation of Liability
TheFamous Bags is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to product use.
Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless expressly authorized.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be brought before the appropriate legal authority.
