Made-to-Order: Each bag is custom-crafted on demand to ensure exclusivity and quality.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping Options: We offer Standard Shipping for all orders.

Shipping Rates:

United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK:
– Free Shipping on all orders

All Other Countries:
Free Shipping on orders over $200 USD
Orders under $200: Standard shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing

International:

Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days after processing

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal service delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Destinations

Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International: We ship worldwide. Some remote destinations may experience extended delivery times or restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can monitor delivery via the carrier’s website or through the tracking link we provide.

6. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
Each package will have individual tracking information.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders: You may be responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

These are not included in your purchase price. Please check with your local customs office for guidance before ordering.

8. Shipping Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking number shows a delay or non-delivery, please contact us at support@thefamous.store. We’ll investigate and help resolve it.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
